Milwaukee WI – Back on June 24th 2025 Chicken P would appear in a Milwaukee court room on felony charges which included “Possess w/Intent-Cocaine (>40g) & 3 Counts of Bail Jumping” following his Guilty plea from earlier this year in March. The courts would accept his guilty plea and would schedule his sentencing court date for 07/24/2025 at 2:00 PM. However because Chicken P had failed a court ordered drug test prior to his in court appearance on June 24th he would be ordered to remain in custody while awaiting sentencing in July of this year.
July 24 2025 – Chicken P would appear again in a Milwaukee Wisconsin court room where he would receive his sentence for his guilty plea for felony “Possess w/Intent-Cocaine (>40g) & 3 Counts of Bail Jumping” his sentencing would go as following:
- AS TO COUNT ONE: The court WITHHELD sentence. The court ordered defendant placed on probation for period of two years. Probation on this count shall run CONSECUTIVE to any other sentence.
- AS TO COUNT TWO: The court sentenced the defendant to a term in the Wisconsin State Prison of six years concurrent to any other sentence, with credit for 321 days time served, the term of INITIAL CONFINEMENT is three years, the term of EXTENDED SUPERVISION is three years.
Following Chicken P’s release from state prison he will be placed on 3 years probation, The terms of his probation will be as following.
- – No new law violations.
- – Attend ALL scheduled appointments with agent.
- – Cooperate with agent, including following through with recommended treatment and programming.
- – Criminal Thinking Program.
- – Individual therapy referral.
- – Restorative justice programming.
- – No possession of dangerous weapons or firearms.
- – No use of controlled substances unless valid prescription.
- – Random Urine Analysis.
- – DOC to make resources available for educational/vocational training.
- – Seek/maintain full time employment, or school, or combination of both.
- – Obtain valid driver’s license.
- – Community service work/speaking engagements must be approved by agent.
- – No contact with anyone on bail or active supervision in any adult or JV case.
- – AS TO COUNT ONE: Fine of $5,000.
- – Restitution is set at $0.
- – Provide DNA Sample and pay surcharge.
- – Pay all mandatory court costs.
- – Payment of court costs and fees to be paid as condition of extended supervision. Any unpaid balance is subject to civil judgement.
- – Any bond on deposit to be applied to court costs and fees. Any remaining balance to be refunded to the poster.
